How Link's Adventure Would Need Optimum Nutrition

By Rob Sutter

You'd be hard-pressed to find another person in Hyrule who has more on plate than Link. The green-clothed hero of this normally peaceful land is someone who has done more for people than what they would ever believe and a lot of that comes from his physical conditioning. After all, being able to do such things as ride a horse and swing a sword do not come about easily. Link would have to practice and I believe optimum nutrition can help him in this way, too.

By appearance, Link doesn't look any more physically imposing than your typical man. He's not someone who has protruding muscles or a great height, which means that it's easier for people to become more connected to the hero. However, make no mistake that he is one of the most talented people in Hyrule and his level of athleticism seems to outclass any normal human being. How can Link continue to act in these ways that you and I won't be able to do so easily?

Link has to keep optimum nutrition in mind, I'd imagine, and the factors that seem to accompany it. Protein works in order to build muscle and this is needed in order to maintain and improve strength. Link may not be able to match up with bodybuilders in terms of sheer appearance but he can still function well. There's no doubt that he can work in the way of vitality, for instance, and it's because of features like this that companies like the Muscular Development Store are so useful.

This isn't to say that Link can't use other components in order to become stronger, right? Protein is important but he should make sure that he doesn't consume too much in the way of animal products. Meat is fine if the supply is regulated but too much of it can ultimately become bad and I could imagine that it'd weigh Link down if he had to be nimble. The level of protein one puts into their body is one of those things that should be looked at.

Link is someone who is tasked with the betterment of the world and having such a large responsibility has to be daunting for him. Link's work as a hero is not something that should be counted out, either, especially when you considering how in shape he is. He's taken up good nutrition, I could imagine, which only made him function that much better as a hero. My only hope is that he can continue this trend for the games to be released later.
