By Leslie Ball

Since time in memorial the soya bean has been known as the mother of all legumes and beans. This is because the soya bean has a large range of nutrients both in its growing form and its seed form. Thus range of nutrients has proven the soya to be quite helpful to human beings at both its levels of growth. Despite the large range of nutrients it offers in this article we will mainly focus on the soy vitamins specifically found in soya which include; Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Biotin, vitamin B12 and folic acid.

Carbohydrates are a necessary source of existence for humans this is because without carbohydrates the mortal being will not have the energy to do their daily routine and without the energy a man is useless. Although carbohydrates are the source of energy for beings the human body cannot break down the carbohydrates into energy without the vitamin Thiamine which converts the carbohydrates into glucose. The Thiamine vitamin is not made in a human body; human beings have to eat foods rich in Thiamine like the soya bean.

Hormones are a crucial part of a normal human being this is because they act as a body clock to the human being and tells the brain to act in a particular way since something is missing or needed. The vitamin niacin is necessary for the formation of hormones in human beings since without the hormones ones body cannot alert itself on the danger it is in thus a shortfall of niacin in a body is a source of danger.

Biotin, a vitamin found in soya is one vitamin that is necessary in the daily life of a man. This is because its function in the nervous system cannot be overlooked as it is one of the vital signal transmitters across the nervous system. Its also a minor player in energy provision, metabolism process since it also takes part in conversion of foods into the energy the human body requires.

The DNA of a human being is basically their biological identity since the possibility of human beings having a similar DNA is almost possible to none. This factor makes the folic acid very vital in a human body as it is crucial in manufacturing the DNA since its among the components that makes it complete. The folic acid is also sourced from the soya bean.

Soya also has another vitamin also known as the Riboflavin. This vitamin is necessary in human anatomy since it basically a defensive vitamin that not only protects ones body but also shields the DNA from damage from other destructive elements that work against the DNA.

The vitamin B12 is one important vitamin to human beings. This is because the vitamin is necessary for the formation of the red blood cells in the body whose main function is the transportation and without the red blood cells the body functions on a very low level of operations and at times may be fatal.

As earlier stated soya beans proves to be a vital food source to the human race since it contains a series of nutrient sources such as the vitamins.
