These three minerals are essential to the health of your heart and muscle, as well as give you the energy you need. Another amazing property of bananas has to do with research conducted in Japan. It was found that bananas have a property referred to as tumor necrosis factor (TNF). Necrosis means death. The TNF in bananas are said to cause death on tumor cells. Japanese researchers also discovered that the riper the bananas, the higher their concentration of TNF.
