You may have just heard about gluten-free diet but, this has been around since celiac disease has been discovered. Today, it has become so popular among dieticians and health conscious individuals because of its amazing health results to anyone who takes and observes it.

By the term itself, a diet that restricts any food that contains the protein gluten. Some foods that are not allowed include rye and bread. This diet (though enjoyed by many to help them lose weight) was originally formulated to help people with celiac disease.
